Easy Roll

The EASY-ROLL is a rapid roll-up door designed to compartmentalise departments or areas. The reduced dimensions make it adaptable to any industrial or commercial context where high transits are required.

The curtain, made of PVC-coated polyester, contains its own stiffening bars and can be equipped with transparent windows. The shoulders are made of galvanized steel, specially shaped to contain the covering. The visible roller, which can be covered as an option, differentiates it from the Speed-Roll.

A programmable control panel, with microprocessor control and display, makes its use versatile, adapting it to every need.

Non-self-supporting galvanized steel structure without roller cover.

Sliding guides and brackets made of press-formed and hot-dip galvanized sheet steel.

Shoulder edging using black PVC brushes to reduce wear of the coat.

Flexible covering in high-resistance polyester fabric, double-coated in PVC, fire-retardant in Class 2, equipped with pockets for housing the stiffening profiles, equipped with a transparent window in the third sector (head height).

Stiffening profiles to counteract wind pressure and/or depression made of galvanized steel inserted into the covering within heat-sealed pockets, easily straightened or replaced in the event of an impact.

Galvanized tubular winding shaft, rotating on main supports equipped with self-aligning ball bearings.

Three-phase self-braking gearmotor unit powered by 380/400 V with 1 HP (0.75 Kw) power, rapid electromagnetic brake and galvanized sheet metal protective casing.

Rotating limit switch unit, with double cams (open limit switch – close limit switch and overtravel).

Multifunction control panel with integrated push-button panel compliant with CEI standards (IP 45 protection).

Partial opening (manhole).

Motor and crank release for manual opening in the event of a power failure or failure.

1 pair of safety photocells.

2 24v flashing lights.

Conductive rubber safety rib with self-test card.

Basic opening speed 0.6/0.7 m/sec. (or up to 1.2 m/sec. in the “4S” version).
