Giga Pack

The GIGA PACK is a folding door that is designed individually in cases where there is a need to close or compartmentalize large spaces. The curtain made of reinforced polyester and coated with PVC contains the stiffening bars and can be equipped with transparent windows.

The load-bearing structure is made of 30/10 galvanized steel specially shaped to contain the covering. A control panel for large powers, programmable with microprocessor control and display, makes its use versatile, adapting it to every need.

• Self-supporting structure made of press-bent and hot-dip galvanized 30/10 sheet steel profile, specific for large dimensions.
• Shoulder edging using rigid black PVC profile.
• Flexible covering in high-resistance polyester fabric, double-coated in PVC, fire-retardant in Class 2, a transparent window in the third sector (standard man’s viewing height).
• Stiffening profiles to counteract wind thrust.
• Roof packaging system using high-resistance belts.
• Self-braking three-phase gearmotor unit powered by 380/400 V with 7.5/10 HP (5.5 Kw) power, with rapid electromagnetic brake and galvanized sheet metal protective casing.
• Rotating limit switch assembly, with double cams (open limit switch – close limit switch and safety overtravel).
• Multifunction control panel with integrated push-button panel compliant with CEI standards (IP 45 protection).
• Shaped coat conveyors to allow correct alignment of the coat to the profile of the shoulders.
• Release motor and crank for manual opening in the event of a lack of electricity or failure.
• Safety signs on a white background with the warnings “Attention! Automatic door” and “Do not pass through with moving door” applied on both sides on the base sector of the sheet.
• N°1 pair of adjustable safety photocells (within shoulders).
• N°2 flashers 24 V.
• External pushbutton panel with opening START + emergency STOP mushroom.
• Deadman operation.
