Folding doors

Doors: Vertical door panels 52 mm thick. Two opposing sheets of sendzimir galvanized steel pre-painted with a smooth or stucco embossed finish. Interior in injected polyurethane foam.
Guide: Double 2mm galvanized steel sliding guide. Mechanical limit switches in galvanized steel regulate the stroke of the carriage when opening the doors.
Assembly and opening:     In the light or beyond the light both in L and H. Installation on both the internal and external sides of the building.

Standard equipment:

• Guide holder brackets for opening with 90° rotation.
• Trolleys with four nylon-coated wheels with dustproof ball bearings.
• Black painted aluminum hinges with bearings and 20 mm pins.
• Black painted steel locking rods, equipped with galvanized steel closing rods.
• Internal handles for manual movement of doors.
• Rubber bumper spacers for door packing.

Standard colors of the smooth finish panel:

• White Gray exterior, White Gray interior.
• Standard colors of the stucco embossed finish panel: External C21, internal C21.
• Aluminum label showing the identification data of the door, the CE mark and the main warnings.
• Installation, use and maintenance instruction booklet containing the legal certificates.

• Guide holder brackets for opening with 180° tilting
• Ground guide to be embedded in the floor.
• Painting in standard or non-standard colours, internal, external or both sides.
• Pedestrian door inserted in the leaf with plinth on the ground, made with a frame in black oxidized aluminum profiles with key lock and internal and external handle or with 3-point push bar anti-panic handle with or without external lock.
• Cut door, with anti-panic handle with two locking points with or without lock and external handle.
• 5+5 coupled glass portholes with circular or rectangular EPDM rubber gasket with rounded edges.
• Pre-painted aluminum ventilation grills.
• Insulated veil available in the colors of the covering.
• Insulated covering panel available in the same colors as the covering.
• Protective carter and guide cover in pre-painted sheet metal.
