General description

Guide: Horizontally sliding, made of pre-drilled press-formed sheet metal profile for fixing to the support element using anchors arranged on the external edges. Aerial sliding on low-friction carriages. Scrolling olives positioned on the ground beyond light.

Labyrinths: Made of press-bent sheet steel. Upper labyrinth fixed to the guide. Pre-drilled vertical labyrinths for fixing.

Panels: Made in independent modules with coplanar male/female joints. Controlled deformability sheet metal on the two external faces. Assembly using screws. Upper and lower stiffening structure in sheet steel. Internal insulating pack resistant to high temperatures. Thickness 81 mm.

Gaskets: Heat-expanding gaskets placed on all the labyrinths and under the panel.

Handles: Recessed on both sides of each door.

Operation: Reclosing by means of a counterweight operated by an electromagnet (automatic version).

ID plate: Affixed directly on the handle showing the manufacturer’s name – year of manufacture – name of the certification body – test certificate number – fire resistance class – progressive number with annual reference.

Finish: Sheet metal protected on both sides by zincrometal type galvanization, painted with an anti-corrosive epoxy primer in an ecological formulation. Minimum resistance to exposure to salt spray: 300 hours (A.S.T.M. B – 117 – 61). Standard anti-rust: RAL 7035. Optional: finish made with oven-cured satin enamels in the RAL range.
