Safety Pack

The SAFETY PACK is a rapid folding door designed to close spaces that open onto the outside, and make transit with trolleys or vehicles easier. This type of door is designed to guarantee wind resistance in class 2 or greater. Equipped with a counterweight, it guarantees opening for pedestrian passage in the absence of electricity.

The curtain made of PVC-coated polyester contains the stiffening bars and can be equipped with transparent windows.

The load-bearing structure is made of galvanized steel, specially shaped to contain the covering. A programmable control panel, with microprocessor control and display, makes its use versatile, adapting it to every need.

• Self-supporting structure made of sheet steel profile, press-bent and hot-dip galvanised.
• Shoulder edging using a rigid black PVC profile to reduce wear of the coat.
• Flexible covering in high-resistance polyester fabric, double-coated in PVC, fire-retardant in Class 2, equipped with pockets for housing the stiffeners, equipped with a transparent window in the third sector (standard man’s viewing height).
• Stiffening profiles to counteract wind pressure made of galvanized steel inserted into the covering within heat-sealed pockets, easily straightened or replaced.
• Roof packaging system using high-resistance belts.
• Galvanized tubular winding shaft, rotating on main supports equipped with self-aligning ball bearings.
• Three-phase self-braking gearmotor unit powered by 380/400 V with 1 HP (0.75 Kw) power, rapid electromagnetic brake and protective casing in galvanized sheet metal.
• Rotating limit switch assembly, with double cams (open limit switch – close limit switch and overtravel).
• Multifunction control panel with integrated push-button panel compliant with CEI standards (IP 45 protection).
• Shaped coat conveyors to allow correct matching of the coat to the profile of the shoulders.
• “SAFETY” DEVICE WHICH, IN THE EVENT OF A BLACK-OUT, UNLOCKS THE ENGINE BRAKE AND AUTOMATICALLY OPENS THE DOOR TO A MINIMUM HEIGHT OF 2 METERS.
• N°1 pair of adjustable safety photocells (within shoulders).
• N°2 flashers 24 V.
• Safety sensitive edge, in conductive rubber with “self-test” card.
• Opening speed approximately 0.7 m/sec.
• External pushbutton panel with opening START + emergency STOP mushroom.
