General description

Panels: 42mm thick, composed of two opposing sheets of Sendzmir galvanized steel with an embossed finish, profiled with a patented anti-pinch shape. Internal and external side finishing, using longitudinal reinforcement channel ribs, internal insulation in injected CFC-free polyurethane foam. Sealing by EPDM rubber lip seal, black oxidized aluminum seal holder profiles.

Standard equipment:

Ergonomic internal/external lifting handle for manual opening and closing of the door.
Counterbalance springs calculated to guarantee 20,000 complete operating cycles.
Springs available on request for 50,000 or 100,000 complete operating cycles.
Galvanized steel shelves and hinges allow the rotation of the panels.
Aluminium label showing the identification data of the door, the CE marking and the main warnings.
Installation, use and maintenance instruction booklet containing the certificates required by current legislation.

Glazed sections made of 42 mm aluminum profiles, infilled with 30 mm double-glazed acrylic glass, 5 mm single wall, 16 mm honeycomb polycarbonate, 30 mm insulated aluminum blind panel, or with black painted steel ventilation grille or micro-perforated aluminum ventilation grille.
Double-walled thermoacrylic porthole, oval 300×600, oval 176×607, rectangular 300×635, round 305.
PVC ventilation grills.
Side pedestrian door maximum width 1400 mm.
Flight for side pedestrian door, maximum width 1400 mm.
Pedestrian door inserted in the standard or low threshold type door, available widths 800 and 1200 mm.
Panel veneer with painted aluminum edging.
Shoulders with painted steel tubular ends.
