Speed Flex

The SPEED-FLEX is a door made with a galvanized steel frame and thick PVC.

It is generally used to close small passageways in the most disparate environments, from the food sector to the commercial sector. Available in the various Light, Light BT, Black Z and Black ZT solutions, it can be made completely transparent or with a colored plinth and head.

In addition to manual operation with spring return, SP-Matic or pre-controlled PRE-Matic push devices are available. In these cases the operation is assisted by pneumatic cylinders and an electrical panel.

Models:

LIGHT model: Door made with completely transparent flexible PVC panels, guarantees maximum visibility and safety. Especially suitable for spaces where vehicles and people pass alternately.

LIGHT BT model: Door made with flexible PVC panels specific for refrigeration applications up to -40°C, completely transparent, guarantees maximum visibility and safety.

BLACK Z model: Door made with transparent flexible PVC panels in the upper part and with a blind lower plinth. Suitable for all uses where use and contact with media or materials can deposit traces of dirt in the lower area which would be unsightly on totally transparent panels.

BLACK ZT model: Door made with blind panels in the upper part, transparent windows in the central part and with a blind lower plinth. Suitable for all uses where use and contact with vehicles or materials can deposit traces of dirt in the lower and upper areas which would be unsightly on totally transparent panels or in rooms where visibility is to be limited.

• Flexible industrial door with 1 or 2 leaves.
• Monolithic load-bearing structure in “sendzimir” hot-dip galvanized steel, (INOX or painted on request).
• Mantle in transparent PVC, with the possibility of having a plinth or plinth and headboard in colored PVC (grey, yellow or black).
• Mechanical reclosing devices with adjustable torsion spring. Thermal and acoustic compartmentation between departments. Possibility of realization in different models depending on the conditions of use.
