Speed Roll “4S”

The SPEED-ROLL is a rapid roll-up door designed to compartmentalise departments or areas. It adapts perfectly to any industrial or commercial sector where high traffic is required. The curtain made of PVC-coated polyester contains stiffening bars and can be equipped with transparent windows. For refrigerated environments, the covering is available in an insulated version. The load-bearing structure is made of galvanized steel, specially shaped to contain the covering. A programmable control panel, with microprocessor control and display, makes its use versatile, adapting it to every need.

Self-supporting structure made of sheet steel profile, press-bent and hot-dip galvanised.

Shoulder edging using black PVC brushes to reduce wear of the coat.

Flexible covering in high-resistance polyester fabric, double-coated in PVC, fire-retardant in Class 2, equipped with pockets for housing the stiffening profiles, equipped with a transparent window in the third sector (standard man’s viewing height).

Stiffening profiles to counteract wind pressure and/or depression made of galvanized steel inserted into the covering within heat-sealed pockets, easily straightened or replaced in the event of an impact.

Galvanized tubular winding shaft, rotating on main supports equipped with self-aligning ball bearings.

Three-phase self-braking gearmotor unit powered by 230 V with 1 HP (0.75 Kw) power, rapid electromagnetic brake and galvanized sheet metal protective casing.

Rotator limit switch group with double cams (open-close-stop).

Multifunction “4S” control unit in compliance with CE standards with integrated push-button panel. 230V power supply. Single phase with frequency changer via inverter. Opening and closing acceleration ramps adjustable via trimmer. Opening and closing speed via trimmer. Partial opening via trimmer. Input monitoring via LED. Customizable functions. Possibility of working even in the event of a power failure, through a specific external backup battery (to be quoted on request).
