Speed Roll “no-crash”

The “NO-CRASH” system for rapid roll-up doors can be inserted into both Speed ​​Roll and Speed ​​Roll “4S” rapid roll-up door models.

Our patented “NO-CRASH” system has been designed to include a rapid roll-up door self-repair system, in the event that the door itself is accidentally hit by forklifts or other machinery in action. First of all, it allows the curtain to come out of the lateral guides of the door without any damage and, subsequently, it ensures the reinsertion of the curtain in its original position, in such a way as to restore the correct functioning of the curtain rolling system.

Repositioning is permitted by the presence of flexible tabs on the shoulders of the door structure (placed in correspondence with specific holes) and flexible springs at the ends of the reinforcement tubes.

Variable opening speed depending on the model chosen.

• Self-supporting structure made of hot-dip galvanized and press-bent steel sheet profile.
• Shoulder edging using black PVC brushes to reduce wear of the coat.
• Flexible covering in high-resistance polyester fabric, double-coated in PVC, fire-retardant in Class 2, equipped with pockets for housing the stiffening profiles, equipped with a transparent window in the third sector (head height), available in the colors white similar to RAL 9016, orange similar to RAL 2008, yellow similar to RAL 1021, cream similar to RAL 1014, blue similar to RAL5002, green similar to RAL 6016, red similar to RAL 3002, gray similar to RAL 7038.
• Stiffening profiles to counteract the thrust of the wind and/or depression made of galvanized steel inserted into the covering within heat-sealed pockets, easily straightened or replaced in the event of an impact.
• Galvanized tubular winding shaft, rotating on main supports equipped with self-aligning ball bearings.
• Three-phase self-braking gearmotor unit with a power of 0.75 kW, powered by 230 volts with delta connection, complete with protective casing.
• Rotating limit switch assembly, with triple cams (open limit switch – close limit switch and overtravel).
• 4S control panel, multifunction in compliance with CEI standards with integrated push-button panel.
• 230 volt single-phase power supply, 230 volt three-phase output with inverter frequency variator.
• Adjustable opening and closing acceleration ramps.
• Adjustable opening and closing speed. Inputs monitored by LEDs. partializable opening (manhole).
• Customizable functions. Possibility of operation in the absence of mains power, with a special backup card powered by a buffer battery.

Safety signs on a white background with the warnings “Attention! Automatic door” and “Do not pass through with moving door” applied on both sides on the base sector of the sheet.
