Double pitch or single pitch tunnel

Metal structure made with hot-dip galvanized steel tubing or with the sendzimir method. Joints made using ribbed and welded plates in accordance with UNI standards and 8.8 bolts.

Sliding of the trusses via special solid steel wheels with double watertight ball bearings.

Runways made of press-bent steel sheet complete with anti-derailment device; possibility of fixing to the ground using steel anchors, if the flooring allows it, or embedded flush with the floor in a concrete pour at the customer’s expense.

Roofing made of sturdy PVC sheet, double-layered with class II self-extinguishing fire resistance treatment, weighing 900 grams per square metre.

Cover equipped with special heat-welded plates that allow solid fixing to the metal carpentry structure with high breaking load. Headers equipped with triangular fronts made with PVC covers as above. Front and rear headboard closed with double-opening sliding curtains complete with windproof bars, optional ground latches or without curtains, handles and locking hooks with tension chain and locking jack.
