Zip Roll

The ZIP ROLL is a self-repairing rapid door. Following an accidental impact, the door is not damaged! Independently, it releases laterally thanks to a chain of die-cast plastic inserts. It is inserted in a “zip” guide with programmed elasticity and, on command, opens quickly to return to its original location. Completely Made in Italy.

• Self-adaptive curtain tensioning device capable of absorbing the main stresses of normal operation.
• Sliding profile made of patented polyethylene with exclusive “SLIDETECK” pantographed conveyor slide made of molybdenum-filled nylon to increase smoothness and durability over time.
• Self-repairing system equipped with lateral stiffeners to allow restoration of normal functioning even after impact.
• Galvanized tubular winding shaft, rotating on main supports equipped with self-aligning ball bearings.
• Three-phase self-braking gearmotor unit with a power of 0.75 kW, powered by 230 Volt (protective casing on request).
• Rotary limit switch assembly with double cams (Open limit switch

• “4S” control panel, multifunction in compliance with CEI standards with integrated push-button panel. 230V single-phase power supply with inverter frequency changer. Opening and closing acceleration ramps adjustable by means of trimmers. Opening and closing speed adjustable via trimmer. Partial opening adjustable via trimmer. Inputs monitored by LEDs. Customizable functions. Possibility of operation in the absence of mains power, with special backup card powered by a buffer battery (quotation on request).
